Hi I'm Jennie Gold -- a certified Vocal Yoga teacher (Heather Lyle Method) and RYT 200 who believes that everyone has a voice worth hearing, including yours.

I kept coming back to this practice every time I felt lost — and eventually, I stopped fighting the invitation. What began with a Vocal Yoga retreat in Greece evolved into a certification, then a 200-hour yoga teacher training, and ultimately a calling. With a background spanning musical performance, acting, and mindfulness, I bring a blend of artistry and somatic awareness to my teaching.

My Vocal Yoga classes weave together breath, sound, movement, and nervous system wisdom to help you release what’s been held tight and reconnect with expression that feels truly yours. Whether you’re a seasoned singer, a professional who speaks for a living, or someone who’s simply curious about what your voice has to say — my classes meet you exactly where you are. Expect curiosity, ease, a little playfulness, and maybe a sound or two you didn’t know you had in you.

 

WHAT IS VOCAL YOGA?

Vocal Yoga is a gentle, embodied practice that brings together breath, sound, movement, and nervous system awareness — because your voice doesn’t live in your throat alone. It lives in your whole body.

Through guided exercises and somatic exploration, you’ll learn to release the tension that keeps your voice small, build confidence and presence, and reconnect with expression that feels free and authentic. It’s also a mindfulness practice — one that meets you where you are emotionally, not just physically.

Classes are accessible to all levels. Whether you’re a singer, a speaker, or someone who simply wants to feel more at home in your own skin, every session is an invitation to explore with curiosity, ease, and a whole lot of self-compassion.
